Day 1 Bangkok

Arrive at any time.

Day 2-3 Siem Reap/Angkor Wat (2B,1D)

Guided tour of the Angkor Wat temple complex. Enjoy a Khmer lunch at New Hope, a local school and Planeterra-supported project.

Day 4-5 Phnom Penh (2B)

Orientation walk upon arrival. Option to visit Tuol Sleng and Choeung Ek (Killing Fields), Central Market, National Museum and Royal Palace.

Day 6-7 Sihanoukville (1B)

Optional snorkelling boat trip or swim and relax on the beach.

Day 8 Mekong Delta (1D)

Cross boarder to Vietnam, drive from Sihanoukville to Can Tho in Mekong Delta. Enjoy the unique cultural experience of overnighting at a local village homestay.

Day 9-10 Ho Chi Minh City (1B)

Enjoy one of several street food crawls with the CEO and group. Option to visit Cu Chi Tunnels, War Remants Museum and the Colonial Quarter or go shopping in Ben Thanh market. Overnight train to Nha Trang on Day 10.

Day 11-12 Nha Trang (1B)

Optional snorkelling boat trip, mud baths visit, motorbike tour of the area or relax by the beach. Overnight train to Hoi An on Day 12.

Day 13-14 Hoi An (1B)

Opt to take a cooking class, explore the My Son Ruins, bike to the beach, take a riverboat tour or visit the old town.

Day 15-16 Hue (2B)

Optional Citadel and Imperial Tombs tour, Perfume River boat trip or countryside motorbike tour. Overnight train to Hanoi.

Day 17 Halong Bay/Bai Chai Harbour (1L)

Visit Halong Bay for a seafood lunch cruise and visit a cave.

Day 18-19 Hanoi (2B)

Explore Hanoi with an orientation walk through the old quarter. Option to see Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature and the Hoa Lo Prison or shop in the Old Quarter.

Day 20 Vientiane (1B)

A short afternoon flight takes us to the capital city of Laos. Option to visit temples, the National Museum, That Luang or the markets.

Day 21-22 Vang Vieng (2B)

Options to hike, bike, go caving or swimming.

Day 23-24 Luang Prabang (2B)

Witness the giving of alms to the Buddhist monks and visit the night market. Opt to go to cooking school, take an elephant trek, visit temples or the Kuang Si Waterfall.

Day 25 Mekong River (1B,1D)

Cruise the Mekong on a long houseboat before arriving to a village homestay for the night.

Day 26 Chiang Khong (1B,1L)

Mekong River travel day. Cross into Thailand.

Day 27-28 Chiang Mai

Opt to visit Doi Suthep or the Chiang Mai Zoo, catch a Thai boxing match or grab a bargain at the famous night market. On Day 28, board an overnight train (flight and extra night in Chiang Mai during monsoon season, depending on conditions).

Day 29 Bangkok

Opt to visit Wat Po and the Grand Palace, buy any last minute souvenirs or enjoy a Thai massage.

Day 30 Bangkok (1B)

Depart at any time.
